Hi, I’m Javier Leyva, a Texas Realtor®, real estate investor, and Airbnb host passionate about helping people build wealth and create freedom through real estate.

I own and manage multiple investment properties, including short term and long term rentals, and I love helping clients think beyond just “buying a house.” Whether you’re looking for your first home, a house hack, an investment property, or your forever home, my goal is to help you make smart financial decisions while making the process feel simple and low pressure.

Before real estate, I worked as a software developer supporting the Air Force, which built my attention to detail, problem solving skills, and numbers-first mindset. I now combine that analytical background with real world investing experience to help clients confidently navigate the market.

Outside of real estate, my wife and I spend a lot of time traveling, exploring national parks, and chasing financial independence with our mini bernedoodle, Freya.
